We’re in for a cold start to the work week before a big warmup in the Philadelphia region.
A frost advisory is in effect overnight into Monday morning for eastern Montgomery, lower Bucks, eastern Chester, Salem, Cumberland, Cape May, Gloucester and Camden counties.
Expect lows in the mid-30s in the suburbs and temperatures around 40 degrees in Philadelphia under a clear sky overnight. Then on Monday, the clouds move in with a warm front which will bring highs into the mid-60s.
The clouds break for a sunny and mild Election Day on Tuesday with highs in the lower 70s. Wednesday will be even milder with highs in the mid-70s and clouds later in the day ahead of our next storm system.
Thursday will feature on and off again rain showers as a slow moving front approaches the area. Temperatures will be in the low 70s.
Then we’re in for a cooler Friday with some lingering rain in the morning and highs in the upper 60s. The seasonal temperatures continue into the weekend with highs in the low 60s and dry conditions.
